1. What am I not saying that needs to be said?

Action Plan:
• Reflect on your recent conversations and interactions. Is there a crucial point you’ve been avoiding?
• Plan for a candid discussion with those involved to address unspoken concerns or ideas.

2. What am I saying that’s not being heard?
