I remember one young field manager who was brilliant, sharp mind & big dreams. But every time progress got tough, he’d say, “Maybe this is enough.”
So, one day, I asked him, “Are you proud of what you’ve achieved so far?” He paused. “Not yet,” he admitted. That’s when I smiled and said, “Then don’t stop.”

It’s about doing one more rep, one more call, one more try- until the reflection in the mirror finally makes you smile with quiet pride.
Because that’s what success truly is- not the medals or metrics, but the moment you can say, “I gave it my all.”
